I don’t remember if it’s possible to just get the value that are streamed on the can bus

instead of doing a request

for some weird reason atma doesn’t seem to work on my mustang
but does in my work truck… but didn’t try to switch the obdlink to see if the problem is else where

but that was not what i was looking for

was looking if i could read a streamed value
exemple 216 xx 00 xx xx xx
and use that value like a PID for datalog

didn’t try your stuff yet

if i send 01 00 i receive the obdii response
but if i do atma nothing happens

trying to figure out what is the difference between AT command and NAT command

will use my canalyst II to see what is happening

did some more digging

the obdii port is not directly link to the can bus like in the old days lol

so there is no streamed data

and i was even trying to send 7DF 01 00 to see if i could trigger a obd response .. nop

so i used a Y …sniffing device in one side, obdII to Bluetooth in the other

finally saw some stuff lol

buy torque seem to have some trick
when he ask the 01 00 there is not response …he tries it twice

the ask for speed

the re ask 01 00 then the car respond
