I’m trying to determine of the Torque Pro app in addition to my bluetooth OBD2 adapter is reading the sensor info correctly on my vehicle.

I have an 07 Ford Explorer w/ 4.6 V8. I’m suspecting the temp sensor is bad and reading higher than normal. App is showing 220F but top hose is 155, radiator top is 160 and lower hose is 135 using a temp gun. I thought that confirmed it but I added the transmission temp sensor and it’s within 1-3 degrees of the coolant temps in app. Seeing that scares me a bit. LOL

Can someone confirm how I should have this set and if I need to tweak anything before I put this thing in the shop.
