2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. With the car off and Torque app still “on” on my phone the dash lights go on/off every few seconds. This video shows the behavior – https://vimeo.com/475232294

I’ve tried 3 different OBD adapters and the behavior is the same.

Any ideas how to make this stop (besides closing Torque on my phone)?
