Torque connects initially and works perfectly. Drive down the road, and stop the engine, start the engine and it won’t reconnect.
I installed OBD Fusion and it acts the same way.
The vehicle has an aftermarket head unit in it which is where Torque is installed and I’ve tried three different obd adapters.

So there is a problem with the reconnection protocol, I accept that. It may even be the van’s problem, doesn’t matter. Is there any way to collect a trace of the app trying to reconnect so I can send it to Torque for analysis? I’m a software engineer, so I don’t mind getting my hands all dirty with bytes….

aftermarket head unit when the power is turned off, it closes the Torque application incorrectly
try manually closing the Torque app manually before turning off the ignition
