I just updated my Google Pixel 4a yesterday, and was sad to see that Torque crashes immediately on opening. Can anyone else confirm they are experiencing the same thing? Thanks

And I might have found a replacement for torque by then

Just a VW guy with an “07 Subaru 2.5L NA motor in the back of his Vanagon.

i suspect they already knew but sent them an e-mail via the playstore

most app i would not care, but i often use this one

Hi!

There’s a beta update out on google play (may still be pending googles checks) and you can opt-in either via the google play
app or by visiting

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/org.prowl.torque

The update fixes the change in Android 11 which caused issues loading some shared libs that the app uses for serial device support

If the beta works ok it will be quickly moved so that everyone can get it that has the problem on Android 11

Can you make the beta program larger ? It says too many people are using it and it will not let me in.

Hi!

I’ve added an extra 2000 places to it, however for some reason it’s not gone through googles systems yet, so I’m suspecting it’s waiting for some internal review before it’s approved, which is probably delayed by a few hours because of the covid mess. (This is probably also causing 1.10.120 to not be available yet as well in beta, which has all the fixes).

Unfortunately it’s now waiting for Google to approve the beta update, so as soon as they approve it, it’ll be released automagically

Pixel 4XL here and same thing, won’t load.
Beta says it’s still full too. Any news from google? Keen to see an update as I use this app daily.

Just got the update that fixes the android 11 crash, guess we are stuck with all the other bugs as that seems to be the only fix, beta program still full so not sure what happened to the extra 2000 places….
