Post big dials for small screens?

I’m looking at refreshing my current tiny-screen single-din ‘radio’ with a newer Android 10 one. But the new one will still have a tiny screen ( 5″ diagonal, 800*480 ).

It would be great if I could fill it entirely with just two gauges: Speedo and clock! Maybe just big bold digital readouts?

I was wondering if anyone here has done something like that…
