I’m not sure when this started, the instant mpg gauge will hang and keep the last reading even when at a stop, and will not go live again until the throttle is pressed. all the other gauges seem to stay live.
I have a Samsung S10+, VGate bluetooth adapter, and 2 vehicles, 2018 G80 Sport, and 2019 Buick Enclave. I believe I have the latest pro version, 1.10.114
I’ve made no changes to my profile or settings. the phone did take an update to android 2 weeks ago, but no new version, just security related updates.
I tried removing Torque and reinstalling, unpairing and repairing the adapter, and changing some of the adapter and profile settings. none have changed the behavior.

anyone with any ideas on how to correct this?

is it torque ot the car it self ??

most car stop refreshing mpg in some condition
when at a stop..and when decelerating (injector shut off)
because value are way off and poeple don’t like it lol, and the needle go all over the place

since idle … 0 mpg and decelerationg is infinite mpg it tend to affect the average a bit lol

but could be something else

I’ve had torque over 5 years, this has just begun in the last while.
I’m not sure if it is the android system that is causing this or torque itself. I can rule out the adapter and vehicles, as I have 2 of each.

I’m not 100% sure, but v 1.10.114 seems to be the problem. my old phone had v 1.8.205 on it and all the gauges work as expected.
I will downgrade the version on my S10+ to be sure.

downgrading to 1.8.205 solved the problem for me.

a quick trip across town, over 10 stops, and none of the gauges hung.

although torque complains on the install it is not for the current android os, it works perfectly.
