Alfa Romeo 166 - Coolant Temp PID

Hi,
I’m back again with another request for my second car Alfa Romeo 166, 2.4JTD, 129kw, 2004.

Today I wanted to add custom PID into Torque Pro app for Coolant Temp. I turned on diagnostic software on my PC and I got this data:

Coolant Temp
•PID: 21 3E 1
•OBD Header: 8110F1
•Response: 613E0D4A

The software shows 67.1°C temp of coolant.

BUT…
When I set my custom PID in Torque app, I got NO RESPONSE message.

Do you have some idea where should be problem?
Is the PID number short? (when I click on Test, it automatically rewrties PID number to 0213E1).

Thanks for suggestion.

I suceed with PID 213e and without OBD Header.
