Post How choose Vacuum diplay to a Custom PID?
on: April 23, 2020 (GMT)

Greetings,
I´ve made a Custom PID that reads MAP from my TBI system.
Since manifold pressure often is below atmospheric pressure (except when full throttle or boost) I want to have the data displayed on an analog Vacuum Gauge. But I only seem to get a “regular” gauge, not the one with needle going counter-clockwise when pressing full throttle.

How can I add the “Vacuum Gauge”?
Do I need to re-write my Custom PID so that values gets “backward”?

you can modify your pid
your pid minus atmospheric pressure
will give you negative value

they will be in the same unit as the boost value

i didn’t find a way to convert into mmHG or inHG in vacuum
