Post v1.10.114 + kiwi3 + android 10 not connecting

I am having problem getting TorqueBHP to connecting to Kiwi3 since using android 10.

The connection to Kiwi3 is intermittent without any pattern. I tried reboot the phone and replug the adapter without any success.

Any help & suggestion would be much apprecated.
