Post Fuel Flow?

We have a 2017 Mustang (5.0). I used to be able to see fuel flow but after my phone crashed (Galaxy 8+) I had to do a factory reset and reinstall all app’s.
Now the fuel flow is reading as not valid. Any ideas why 5th his would be?
