Post Mitsubishi EX Advanced Plugin PIDs are not persisted using ASUS ZenPad 8.0
on: December 18, 2019 (GMT)

Car: Mitsubishi Pajero 4 3.2
Problem: Plugin PIDs are not persisted

I am using already quite a long time official Torque Pro App and Mitsubishi Advanced EX Plugin.

For monitoring I use 2 devices:

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Mobile Phone
ASUS ZenPad 8.0 Pad

Both uses Android OS.

The problem is:

Under ASUS ZenPad 8.0 (only!) I can not persist PIDs from Mitsubishi EX Advanced Plugin.

What I did countless of times:

1. Installed/reinstalled Mitsubishi EX Plugin.
2. Click Plugin Settings of Mitsubishi Advanced plugin
3. Selected car model (Pajero 4 3.2 DI-D 4M41)
4. Go Settings -> Manage Extra PIDs/ Sensors
5. From top right menu selected Add predefined set and select Pajero 4 3.2 DI-D model.

PIDs are added to the list and I can use them in dashboards. But after some time (app restart etc) list is cleared containing only custom PIDs that I created independent from Mitsubishi Plugin.

This is pretty much annoying as everytime I have to add PIDs over and over again to make my advanced dashboards working.

This problem only appers in ASUS Pad.
Under Samsung Mobile Phone it works fine. PIDs are added and persisted in the list.

Any help is mush appreciated.
