Post Lite works on Kindle, but Pro fails

I have two Kindle Fire tablets.
On each I was able to get Lite Torque to work no problem.
But Pro Torque opens but pressing the buttons does nothing.
Then it says no OBD is paired.
I have paired it in the tablet settings.
Ideas ?
