Post Switching adapter without switching profils?

I have 2 car with the adapter permanently mounted

a obdlink mx and a lx

when i get into the car ibhave automated torque start up

but i still have to change profil to be able to connect

a profil with multiple adapter would help in my case

ps. for some reason. of my phone lose the lx adapter from it list
when im in the lx profil. it will connect to the mx device
