Post Why my torque lite not connecting to ecu

I just bought wifi elm327 and I was trying to connect after all the settings but still displaying no connection to ECU.

I have 3 icons displayed on the top right of the screen blinking despite my phone was connected to wifi obd2. Please assist.

what type of car, year model

maybe country ..

did you try with another device or car to isolate the issue ??
