Post O2 Sensor Named Incorrect

After getting the P0420 and P0430 codes on my 2001 RAV4 I ran some tests to determine if I have bad catalytic converters. I noticed that I couldn’t find one of the bank 2 sensors. I think it is named 5 instead of 2. One of the bank 2 sensors is named 5 instead of 2. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to correct?

BANK 1
O2 1×2 V
O2S1LV
LTFT1 %
STFT1 %

BANK 2
O2 2×2 V
O2S5LV – This must be O2S(2)LV
LTFT2 %
STFT2 %

Is it possible to upload screenshots here? I would like to upload them here to show what my graphs look like so I can get some opinions. Thanks!
