Post MPG ficticious on RV w/Chevy 6.0L

i was using CaroO and it seemed to report my MPG accurately
switched to Torque Light
it continually creeps up until i am at ~20mpg
i get 12-13 mpg on a good day (UK)
i have checked the ‘fast’ setting
