I have a USB “volume control” knob that shows up as this in Linux:

ID 2341:484d Arduino SA iWit USB Controller

Torque is the only app that pops up with a dialog every time I turn on the tablet (mounted as a head unit in a car, so every time the car turns on). Can this device ID be blacklisted? I’m afraid it’s too generic and also used by actual OBD adapters.
