Post Track Recorder

When I press the “Record” button down to the left in Track Recorder, the recording don’t start. It says “Starting” and then back to “Not Recording”.
Somehow there is some kind of recording files created but they can’t be opened. “Unable to load file – parts missing or corrupt?” it says.
The app permissions looks right.
Am I doing something wrong?
