Post Torque pro won't connect to my opel

Torque pro is unable to connect to my opel corsa C CX18 ecu but the app scanmyopel does connect using the same interface.
What can I do to fix this?

I recently bought a ‘Viecar 4.0 OBD2 scan tool & got the paid version of Torque Pro. Tried to connect to my Opel Corsa B – no communication with ECU. Downloaded ScanMyOpel lite & it connected (same Viecar 4.0). I would also like to know why Torque Pro won’t connect, but the other one does, with the same scan tool. If there’s some sort if fix for this, I would like to know about it, Thanx
