Post bluetooth issue

I have a obd device in 1 car. The app never self started.

I have a Bluetooth radio in a different car and every time I connect to my phone the Torque Pro app opens and tries to connect to the radio (the only Bluetooth device in the car).

Now the Torque Pro app opens for every Bluetooth device.

How do I stop Torque Pro from opening unless I manually open the app?
