Is there such a thing?

To my knowledge and searching there isn’t one in my car. However Torque is showing a fuel flow. How does Torque know the fuel flow? Does it just add a few things together, subtract others and then decide what the fuel flow is or should be based on other sensors?

Torque is showing me a fuel flow that jumps up and down, right up to 290cc/min! Or as low as 2cc/min. When compared to my other identical car this is a bit crazy. I have a pulsating idle that increases with engine temperature.

Cheers.

it’s calculated with the injector pulse with and some other value

the engine knows the fuel rail pressure, intake pressure or vaccum and the amount of time need to open the injector to inject the correct amount of fuel
