The forum needs the Subject Line loop count increased!

Damn sticky topics sometimes eats the entire page and you get no new posts at all. Even on second, third, forth, etc pages.

I have the same thing, only on page 5 a list of topics appears

Looks like a by product of the spam filter.

That would make sense. The number of non-sticky topics varies (when it is even greater than zero). Like @cintakc said, I have seen times when the first three pages would have NO user topics.

Seems like it should be a relatively simple fix – move page topic counter outside the spam filter function call.

Drop a summary of the sticky topics in the wiki and clean them up.

Also, having more than 100 pages full of topics asks for sub forums and topics with more than 20 pages of replies nobody reads anymore.
