I am trying to trouble shoot a problem where my 4t65e isnt shifting into 3-4 gears, it seems to be in limp mode. I am not sure if the computer is generating a shift signal and I dont get any codes from the ecu. I am hoping there might be a feature in this torque app that can show what gear I am in and or what gear the computer is calling for.

I havent found anything of the sort but thought some of the experts on here might be able to help.

This is on an 2001 buick lesabre 3800 motor if that is important.

I am running the torque pro app on android. The car is not showing any trouble codes when scanned by torque app.

You could try creating a gear indicator if you
know your diff. and gear ratios and tire
circumference.
