Is it still down? Why does it always seem down? Anyone know?

I guess it’s time to ask for refund.
Automatic log upload is the main reason I purchased Torque

No sign of a fix, or even any response. Perhaps the app has been abandoned.

I’ve been wondering if Ian is still supporting this app. I sent an email (and paid the fee to support the pro version – even though TorqueBHP Pro comes with my original Android head unit) and got not reply.

The last time I saw an update from either Ian or the Torque app profile on Twitter was more than a year ago. I hope he’s OK.

I’m working on an Azure version of the Web Viewer as a proof-of-concept (I’m an advanced analytics architect who works in both AWS and Azure spheres) and *may* some day open it up to other users. However right now I’m just getting my head wrapped around what Torque is doing “behind the scenes”. I doubt that I’ll have anything ready for traffic “at scale” until the end of the year.

Hope the original site gets revived soon.

Yes, doesn’t look good.

Perhaps we should post this info in some app store reviews, to either try and get attention, or warn new users.

Let me know if u need help. I’m a lead software engineer focusing primarily on web applications. I have not had any chance to take a look yet, maybe next week I’ll try to see what Torque is POSTing to the viewer.

Looks like it’s dead… shame, it’s a good app but if it’s abandoned…
