Post ECU doesn't connect with new phone

Just purchased a new phone. Made sure all updates were installed. ECU won’t connect to new phone. Truck signal keeps blinking as final connection. Any ideas on what can be done? I have checked advanced settings and tried to select a few things, including special setting for F150. Worked wonderful with old phone and gave me lots of information on even the smallest details before.
