Nokia 6 & kobra wifi

So I tried this with my 2017 ford F150

1. Was able to see the WIFI from the kobra dongle and connected to the wifi network.

When I looked at the dongle IP address it was 192.168.0.19; gateway was 192.168.0.10

I tried both setting within the WIFI setup of the app but neither would connect.

I tried power cycle and recommended start/pairing routines and nothing would connect.

How should I proceed with getting the “lite” app to connect using the KOBRA WIFI version of the obd reader?

Quick update.
Torque Lite does not work on NOKIA 6 phone running Android One version 8.1.0.

It will not connect to wifi dongle.

Could it be a problem with the kobra adapter?

bluetooth adapter also does not see ECU with this version of android, most likely the program does not support this version of Android
