Post BTSSM Adapter and Torque, not finding ECU?

Hi everyone,
I have the BTSSM adapter and App on my Android phone as well as the Torque App. I prefer the clean look and functionality of Torque.

The problem I am having is that the Torque App recognizes the BTSSM Bluetooth adapter, but will not connect with the ECU? Any tips? I have reset the app and phone many times and even uninstalled BTSSM App in case of conflict?

Any advice appreciated as I do not want to buy another bluetooth adapter.

I’m in Bend, OR and drive a 2007 Subaru Legacy GT wagon.

Contact who sold you the adapter. Could be a product defect.
