Post 2001 Ford Excursion Transmission Temp

I have an 01 Ford Excursion v10 gas engine. I want to monitor the transmission temp with the Torque Pro App. I can’t get the transmission temp monitor to work with the app. Any suggestions? (some of the other metrics like speed are measured just fine.)

Have you added the Ford Predefined PIDs

I have installed the Ford PIDs. I’m not sure if they are working correctly. I am trying to find some guides or tutorials about how to properly use the PIDs to make sure I have them installed correctly.

There is a test feature that can be used
to view the raw hex response from your
vehicle.

If a successful response is received, you can
then goto the realtime dashboard to add a
display using its unique long name.

Thanks, I will try the test feature. If that doesn’t work then I will try a new bluetooth OBDII device. As of now I have the Ford PIDs installed but I can’t get them to turn to green when I try to add one to the real time dash display.
