Dear experts. I have bought an BAFX OBDII scanner and tried to use it with my qashqai 2013. However I get the following message:
ECU Problem

“The ECU is reporting that it does not support the reading of any PIDs.

Your vehicle may not be OBD2 compliant OR the vehicle ECU has not been enabled by your dealer/manufacturer for OBD2 access

Torque will probably not be able to retrieve information due to this problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is it possible to enable the DON2 access by commands or some other method for the qashqai?

Thank you very much for your help .

you can get data from your car by applying external PIDs

Thank you Sir. Can you please guide. How do I do that with torque. Where can I read about it?
I have read in this forum that qashqai is Don2 enabled, but is disabled in my SUV. So I think could be a set of command or procedure to enable the ECU to read and report the PIDs. Do you know or have experience on that cases?

Thank you very much.
