Post Transmission temperature

New to the Forum. I’ve been using torque lite for a while and decided to go with the torque pro to get transmission temperature. The auto is a 2001 dodge ram van 3500. I went into the manage PIDs and added the Chrysler dodge jeep choices and get 0 data. Not sure if this forum is the place to start. Is my van too old by chance?
