The program Torque does not wait for a full answer from ECU, sends the following command to the ECU
the screenshots show that the full answer from the ECU
The program Torque, having received no confirmation of the end of the response byte “3E” or “>”, issues the following command

Torque:
Send: “81\r”
Rcvd: “C1D08F\r”

FAPlite Citroen/Peugeot OBD2:
Send: “81\r”
Rcvd: “C1D08F\r\r>”

You can check this error in your program and fix it?
because of it I can not connect to the car Peugeot 308 2007
