So i am hoping this is a simple answer, majority of the standard pids have a min/max value and formula, however some other pids in Mode 01 do not, for examle pid 67 and 68 (0167,0168) do not have min/max and formula, was wondering if anyone knew what the values were?

Could you post the raw hex responses for
both at cold and hot?

For temps… I would test:

A-40 for °C
A*(9/5)-40 for °F

(((A*256)+B)*(255/65535))-40 for °C
(((A*256)+B)*(459/65535))-40 for °F

A-50 for °C
A*(9/5)-58 for °F

(((A*256)+B)*(255/65535))-50 for °C
(((A*256)+B)*(459/65535))-58 for °F

Variables will probably be different depending
on raw hex response.
