Post Help: Can not connect to ELM327

Hi, it is my first time to use this ELM 327 mini device. My car is Mitsubishi Strada 2013 model. The check engine lit and i want to know what cause it lit. My android phone already pair in the ELM327 device but the torque cannot connect to OBDII. I didn’t see any menu to connect. Please help me. Thank you in advance
