Layout Corruption Due to DPI and Resolution Changes

I have a quite complicated layout, with >50 small gauges etc… per page (to display EV battery voltages, temperatures etc…).

When moving to different phones, android head units etc… the layout always gets corrupted due to different screen resolutions or dpi settings – it is hours of tedious layout work to restore everything.

A related problem is for the various pages – as the dpi or resolution changes, then stuff gets moved around to different pages.

A good feature request would be to allow for a scaling (default 1.0 to avoid causing trouble) – if I enter OldDPI/NewDPI as a scaling factor, then it would save me tremendous work.

Related would be to avoid saving all coordinates as one continuous reference system, but instead to restart the coordinates at 0,0 on each page (so stuff cannot get moved from one page to another).
