Post Torque & Phone
on: January 1, 2015 (GMT)

New user!
I just installed and connected to an OBDLink LX with my BlackBerry Z10 running Torque OBD2 in my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500.
Connected and started showing real time data almost immediately – OUTSTANDING!

One question (I did a search but couldn’t find the answer):
If I’m running Torque with a realtime dashboard, will my phone work through the intelilink too.
I’m asking ’cause the scan tool (OBDLink LX) and the GM Intelilink both need a Bluetooth connection to the BB Z10. Is this doable or am I going to loose the phone calls through the truck system?

Sorry if this is a dumb question – it’s a bugger when your thick!

Thanks,
sam :-)

All I can say is, my phone works fine, with torque running in the foreground. I will hang-up and it jumps right back to the torque dashboard.
Hope it works/worked the same for you.

Live in Nevada, USA. I have a 09 gmc Sierra 1500,5.3L Vortec w/Flexfuel.
