Country – Texas

Make – Honda

Model – Insight

Year – 2000

Known issues? – DTC not recognized / not in database
– Could not connect to external website (may be phone issue)
– External website also did not have it
– Link from external website did not have it
(It exists on forums)

Getting descriptions from DTCs, not just code numbers, was the reason I bought a blue-tooth OBDII reader and Torque in the first place

HTC EVO 4G.

After reading all the problems people are having with Fords and OBD 2 adapters, I was hesitant to purchase the cheap adapter from Amazon (about 23 bucks).

Glad I did. For the most part, it works great.

I haven’t tried all the gauges but two that I know aren’t working are engine oil temp and transmission temp.

But considering the plethora of others that do work, I’m a happy camper.

Known issues? App works great, not sure if it’s the cheap blue obd2 scanner or just a function of the system that you need to reset fault code data when done scanning.

The only functions I can not get to work are the Power and Torque outputs. Torque app does not seem to recognise values I enter for engine size (litres) and Vehicle Mass (Kilograms). Very strange.
