Post Fiat Ducato readings
on: April 8, 2024 (GMT)

I’ve recently purchased an android head unit for my van and installed Torque but I’m not getting sensible readouts. The obvious ones are speed, rpm and coolant temperature. I’m finding on tickover when the rev counter reads around 900 rpm, Torque gives a reading of around 129rpm. The coolant temperature is well over 200 degs C and the speed limits out at well over 200 mph even when I just start to move. The van is a 2006 Fiat Ducato – any clues as to whats going on and why the readings are so far out?
