I have a Motorola Droid 2 and really want to use the torque app in my truck but when im in my truck my phone is already linked via bluetooth top my pioneer headunit. So is there a cable i can use instead so i dont have to disconnect from my headunit. if so were can i get it?

Hi

You should be able to connect to more than one device at the same time using bluetooth (that depends slightly on what chipset is being used). On my nexus one I usually have my handsfree paired to it whilst torque is also connected.

Cable connection isn’t supported because Android does not have the api to be able to use usb host mode

Did the Bluetooth dongle work?
If it did where can I get one?
My Hizpo unit is finicky with my OBDII I’d like to try a dongle.
