Post Vehicle Data Not Saved

With BAFX Bluetooth + Torque Pro App
When I save a vehicle’s particular data a message comes up on the cellphone screen: “Vehicle data not saved to SD card”
Micro SD Card has been formatted with FAT32.
A cellphone is BLU C5L.
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated
