Everything works on my Cadillac Escalade ESV 2012, but when in plug into my 04 Pontiac Vibe I don’t get a reading for Intake Manifold Pressure, Fuel Pressure, or Control Module (Voltage). Is this an indication that something is going bad with my PCM or do some cars not measure everything? Thank you!!

it just means that car manufacturer hasn’t implemented these values for standard OBD2 PIDs. It mostly can be done with custom PIDs, but there are no reliable sources for it, as every manufacturer can do it as he wants (as soon as it complies to OBD2 standard) and change PIDs for every motor.
To get this information will cost you A LOT of money, and you will have to sign NDA, so nobody can share the information got from manufacturer.
The only chance to get it from car, that doesn’t have it mapped to standard OBD PIDs, is to search for “custom PIDs” for your car in internet.
