The pid for trans gear works fine, can I pass it to letters?
hello
i have this pid
Transgear automatic
221e23
it returns numbers
70 is P
60 is R
50 is N
46 is D
10 is M

In some way or formula, could I pass the numbers to letters?
You could do 5 pids with a minimum and a maximum of each number equivalent to each letter.
But I don’t know if you can or not some formula or something that 70 = P example
It’s possible ?
Thanks

Hi,
try to use Lookup or closest functions:
wiki.torque-bhp.com/view/Equations

in your case it would be smth like
CLOSEST(A:A:10=’M’:46=’D’:50=’N’:60=’R’:70=’P’)
