I am using Torque-Lite and android phone. The phone is paired to my laptop and PCM in another vehicle. the T-lie app is on the phone and working. Plug in the OBDII adapter and when I try to use I am told the app is not connected to the ECU. This is a new phone and this is my first attempt to use on this phone. Any suggestions why the app and device will not work?? Tx!
