Post android version 9 and 10

I have three OBD devices that all work great with android 6.0 and 8.0. I had to buy a newer tablet, tried three different tablets running android 10.0, and one running 9.0, no luck even connecting the blue tooth. I can’t find a used, or new tablet running version 8.0 or earlier. Any suggestions?

Have used Torque Pro on three different tablets(android 5, 6, and 8), with great results. Have tried four newer tablets(android 9 and 10) with no success.
