Post Torque map crashing

Hello

Recently installed a new Xtrons monitor to my megane RS265
All of the torque app seems to work well except for when I try to open up the apps map view to look at past trips. After about 5 seconds the app closes down the map and returns to the main menu screen

Is there a setting to change somewhere or how can I fix this?
