Hi all,

I’m having issues on the Torque Lite App. I’ve downloaded the app via my Microsoft Windows Surface Pro. And I have the necessary OBII Cable.

My issue is that I cannot seem to be able to get connected to the ECU. Upon plugging the cable in to the ecu and connecting up to my laptop, I have then attempted to search for fault codes, but it states ‘Not connected to ECU’. I have connected the program to WIFI (not Bluetooth as I’m not on my phone). So was wondering if you could possibly assist with this issue or direct me to someone else who maybe be able to assist?

I drive a 2010 Holden Captiva 5 (CG Model – 2.4 l petrol). The OBII cable lights up, as if to say it’s working but the program itself (Torque Lite), says it is ‘Not connected to ECU’
