Post Failed Mode 6 Tests?

Hello all,

Torque Pro has been reporting some Mode 6 failures on my son’s car. But my garage says they do not see the failure, and neither does another OBD application I have (TOAD). I also just replaced the O2 sensor and the test is still failing.

This TID seems to be a manufacturer specific one. Where do the ranges for the test come from? Are they built into Torque Pro, or does the ECU report them? My other applications show the TID but not the ranges or values.

Could this be caused by a cheap adapter?
