I have a Buick Verano 2015 gas engine. Have a OBDLinkMX+ and running TorquePRO software on Samsung A8. At startup the other morning, saw code “Power Steering” in my dash display. Then read codes P0700, U0100 and U0101. Brought it to GM Dealer and said everything cleared when the MX+ was unplugged. What happened? How can you tell if it’s the bluetooth module or software that generated these erratic codes on the CAN Bus?

I suggest when using the MX adapters
that you edit the vehicle profile and
set the specific protocol used rather
than auto searching.

how can you tell !!
you try it again lol

some error can happen when the module is in auto mod
it will send request at different speed to see if the pcm respond…

but those request at the wrong speed can sometime cause error detection on the can bus
