I have a 2018 Suzuki Vitara(made in Hungary) that I want to connect with Torque. Unfortunately, I haven’t been successful after trying different settings and even with different apps. However, I was able to connect with an app called SZ Viewer A1. Apparently this app was made specifically for Suzuki. Any idea why I can connect with this app and not with other apps? I would very much like to use Torque instead of SZ viewer as Torque has a much nicer interface.

Thank you in advance for the replies.

for your car you need to use external PIDs

Thanks! I guess I will have to read more on that.

I have exactly the same problem connecting Torque with my Suzuki Alto for over a year now. SZViewer works but Torque Pro could not connect. Any leads as to where I can get the PID you mentioned above? Many thanks

you must make a Bluetooth exchange log with this program SZ Viewer
and post a link to the log here
