Code P1175 on 2008 Escalade

Hi Folks,

Thought someone might be able to help me with a trouble cod p1175 on my 2008 Escalade. Fuel trim bank 2 issue. Car runs great, but after investigating recently with the torque app, I get a misfire periodically in Cylinder 4, and rarely in cylinder 2 and 5. Below is a list of things I have done.

New plugs – I rechecked the plug for cylinder 4 and it looks good
New wires
New coils
New 4 hole upgraded injectors
2 new AC Delco upstream 02 sensors
cleaned the mass air flow and throttle body
only run 91 octane Chevron
I checked for vaccum leaks, I suspect thats what it could be since its around those cylinders….

Going to try a smoke test next….

Took Auto shop in high school. Currently own a 2008 Escalade and a 2007 CTS-V. Love working on my cars
